CRC Energy Transition Lecture Series 2025

Continuing Education

The Department of Geological Sciences is delighted to let you know about upcoming CRC Energy Transition Lecture Series speakers for November and December.  In collaboration with the California Energy Research Center, the Department and co-host PCS-SEG are welcoming Dr. Greg Gordon (CRC Geology Advisor, CSUB alumnus, and Rising Runner Award winner) to speak on November 19. We are also excited that Bruno Salomon, Plant Director for the National Cement Company, will be speaking on December 3rd about unique collaborations and technologies that will facilitate the decarbonization of cement production.

PCS-SEG Luncheon – May 4, 2022 (Wednesday)

The PCS-SEG is pleased to announce our next technical luncheon on Wednesday, May 4th at noon. This virtual luncheon will be held through Zoom.
