The meeting will feature Blair Knox, the Director of Regional Affairs for California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA) and Executive Director of the California Natural Gas Producers Association (a wholly owned subsidiary of CIPA). The title of his talk is “Kern County EIR ordinance, it’s goals, history of development and impact on oilfield permitting and operations”.
